POLICIES

    • Please be on your mat at the start time of class. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.

    • Grip socks are required for both safety and hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, you won't be allowed to participate in class without them. They will be available for purchase, if needed.

    • Mats are provided, no need to bring your own. However, we recommend bringing yoga or gym towel.

    • We have a water station, so be sure to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated!

    • Safety is our top priority, which is why our trained coaches may provide gentle hands on corrections during classes to help ensure clients maintain proper form and stay safe.

    • Cleanliness is key! Clients are responsible for wiping down their reformers, mat, and props after class to help keep our studio fresh and tidy. Thank you for your cooperation!

    • We only accept credit or debit cards, we do not accept cash or checks.

    • A valid debit or credit card must be on file for all active accounts. Please note Re:Form Palm Beach is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur.

    • To ensure a smooth class experience, please note that entry to the studio will not be allowed 5 minutes after the class starts. No Exceptions.

    • Late entry is not allowed for first time clients for your safety.

    • To unreserve your spot with no charge or credit loss, you must cancel your class at least 12 hours before the start time.

    • If you cancel less than 12 hours prior, your class credit will not be returned. Unlimited clients will be charged a late-cancel fee of $15.

    • Early cancellations made 12 hours in advance will result in the return of your class credit.

    • Private and duet sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will lose your session credit. Thank you for your understanding!

    • If you do not show up and fail to remove yourself from class, that class credit will be deducted from your account. Unlimited clients will be charged a no-show fee of $25.

    • If a class you'd like to attend is fully booked, we encourage you to join the waitlist. Should a spot open more than 12 hours before the class begins, you’ll be pulled into class automatically and receive an email confirmation.

    • If you’re added to a class from the waitlist 12 hours or more prior to the start, please know our late cancel and no show policies still apply. If you are added to class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose your class credit. Unlimited clients will be charged a late cancel or no show fee.

    • If you decide you no longer want a spot while on the waitlist, please be sure to remove yourself at least 12 hours before class to ensure your credit is returned. This also shows respect for your fellow waitlisted members who may be eager to join the class.

    • Any openings that become available 12 hours before class starts will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • We kindly ask that you keep an eye on your belongings, as Re: Form Palm Beach cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    • Extensions on Single Classes or Class Packages are not available.

    • Classes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or shared between clients.

    • For clients on our 8-pack recurring memberships, any unused credits will not roll over to the following month.

    • Unlimited memberships will incur a late cancellation fee of $15 if cancelled outside the cancellation window. If you do not attend and fail to remove yourself from class you will incur a no-show fee of $25.
