FAQs

  • WHAT IS RE:FORM PALM BEACH and IS IT OPEN TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS?

Reform Pilates is a mat and reformer studio that focuses on helping members connect with their bodies through a series of intentional movements. Our mission is to foster that connection, allowing you to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. We use top-of-the-line props to enhance your experience, providing better connection and an extra challenge to your practice. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to support your journey toward fitness and well-being.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS AND WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

For class, we recommend wearing athletic clothes that allow you to move freely and comfortably. Grip socks are REQUIRED to keep you safe and steady on your mat and reformer (we have them available for purchase if needed). Don’t forget to bring a water bottle—there’s a water fill station available to keep you hydrated!

  • DO YOU PROVIDE MATS?

Yes, we provide mats! But we suggest bringing a yoga or gym towel, because our classes can get a bit sweaty.

  • HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, set up your station, chat with the instructor, and prepare for a great session ahead!

  • HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK SHOULD I TAKE CLASS FOR BEST RESULTS?

How many days you should work out will depend on your personal fitness goals but moving your body is truly amazing and beneficial for your overall health and wellbeing! However, recovery days are equally important to allow your body to heal and prevent injuries so make sure to check out our RE:SET & RE:COVER classes to show your body a little extra TLC when needed. A comprehensive workout routine that includes strength and mobility work can help you achieve a well-rounded fitness experience. Balancing these elements with proper recovery will keep you feeling strong and energized!

  • WHEN WILL I START SEEING RESULTS?

Joseph Pilates famously said that in 10 sessions, you'll feel the difference; in 20, you'll see the difference; and in 30, you'll have a whole new body. This highlights the importance of consistency and commitment in your practice!
